I'm Dave Jordan, and as the BestBackgroundCheck.org founder, I would like to welcome you to the only online background check review service that values your trust more than the piggy bank.

I ONLY recommend solutions that I have used and recommended to my friends, family and mom. I do my absolute best to give you what I would expect in return! Services that don't suck at what they do.

A Little Background:
I was conducting an online search in June of 2008, looking up information on myself to see what was out there... I had no clue where to start or what to look for, and was very distrusting of practically every background check on the Internet.

The first service I stumbled across was Net Detective. I bought the service and did a search. What'dya know? I could not find a single shred of information pertaining to myself and I have a feeling that is an oft repeated story with many other folks.

I went on to try Complete Investigation Services, Info Registry, Government Records Registry (nothing to do with the U.S. government) and others. I COULD NOT find any information on myself and was actually a little pleased about this.

After about 5 failed attempts, I ran across USSearch, Intelius, etc. They had records, and the information was also accurate. These are some of the ones being shown on the front page. Net Detective has improved a great deal since then, so it might work for you.

That was rosy part, now for the reality:
The search was extremely frustrating, and I know exactly what it feels like to go to one "review" site after another and read the same rehashed lines about "those other" services that don't work so "get mine it's the only one that works".

Problem is, nobody is helping you deal with those important questions you have prior to any search. I know because I have been asked countless times  So, instead of glossing everything over with generalizations, I provide you with the details. Start Here.

Unfortunately, for me there was no website that actually provided solutions I trusted. Services like the Rip-off Report, and the BBB, only air complaints and sadly I have located some negative publicity about these “consumer protection sites” as well.

I have spent hours running searches with various online background checks to see which would deliver the most comprehensive results. There are a few services that actually do work, but you need to know what you're doing and we will help you do that.

Anyway, there are a few more things I need to tell you. First off, I do earn income from some products sold through this website. However, be rest assured I will only offer you products I understand and use personally. User reviews also ensure total transparency.

Second, there are many online background products available that pay far higher commissions than the ones I recommend. I could be earning more money, but value your trust far more than ill gotten short term gains that come from selling inferior products.
