How To get the most accurate Background Check available

There are many online background check services claiming to offer you accurate and complete nationwide background checks. They want you to just go ahead and spend your money already!

What they're not telling you is the whole truth about how unbelievably ambiguous nationwide searches are... Plus they are not giving you a straight answer about the accessibility of national criminal records.

We do NOT recommend a nationwide background check or nationwide criminal background check for a number of reasons:

  • Nationwide criminal records are inaccessible to consumers.
  • Nationwide searches will usually turn up many similar names.
  • 98% chance you'll waste money on incorrect and/or incomplete records.
  • You'll be just another angry complaint like many others.
  • Chance of success is reduced more than ever.
  • The accuracy you desire will be practically none-existent.

We have advised many folks on how to obtain the most accurate background checks available. Time and time again this has shown the best way to obtain records on anyone (including yourself) is to start with a background check for the last know state of residence.

Discover why that's true...

When you start your search with a name and specific state, you still receive a history of phone numbers, addresses, bankruptcies, tax liens, aliases, lawsuits, and much more on both the state and national level.

By starting your search this way, you remove a large part of the ambiguity that leads to even more inaccurate records and wasted time and money!

The trouble starts when you include a criminal records search. You see... criminal records on the national level are almost worthless because a nationwide criminal search will basically only tell you if a person was in prison in 43 states. That's because national repositories index many of their criminal records from state Department's of Corrections.

You have to dig down to the state and county level for complete criminal records... and we'll show you exactly how to do that quickly and simply!

There are two methods in each state for acquiring criminal and/or background records. The official state criminal records system and an online background check with criminal records search.

Depending on your situation, one method will be better suited than the other...

The official state criminal records searches usually don't allow you to search for someone else's criminal records unless it's for employment purposes. But don't worry, we'll show you how to get what you need!

Select the state you would like to start with and discover a complete guide to acquiring records on both the state and national level.
